Steve Lomas (born January 18, 1974 in Hanover, Germany) is a Northern Irish professional football player.

Lomas, a midfielder, first made his name with Manchester City in the 1990s but then moved to West Ham United, where he made 227 competitive appearances and became club captain. On August 31 2005, he was released on a free transfer and joined Queens Park Rangers. He left QPR in May 2007, and joined Gillingham on 31st July 2007.

He has earned 46 caps for the Northern Ireland national team, scoring three goals. Since 2003 Lomas played a Milk Cup celebration match for a Northern Ireland Select XI v Everton FC. Everton won the match 2-0.
