Rise was Japanese J-pop girlband, SPEED's second album following their first album, Starting Over. This album was released on April 29, 1998. It contains the singles "Wake Me Up!", "My Graduation" and their all time biggest hit, "White Love". Like what the media expected, the album successfully topped the chart. It is the best selling original studio album of SPEED which marked the sales of 2.4 million copies. Later they embarked on a summer tour titled RISE dome tour to promote their album.
