Bubbles Utonium is one of the three Powerpuff Girls. Her sisters include Blossum, and Buttercup. Her creator (the professor) named her Bubbles because she can spead happiness and can make him laugh with her bubble-like cuteness. (Like a bubble) Bubbles is playful and the most well mannered of the trio but is also the most lacking in knowledge. The items that are closest to her heart are her stuffed animals with her most prized one being "Octi", an octopus with a face frozen in a pleasent smile and a hat similiar but smaller to The Mayor's. |

Out of the three Powerpuff Girls, she is most often refurred to as the cutest one which is, in many ways, very true. She is the most unmature of the three and devotes the least of her energy to the unwanted task, therefor saving her more for later, easily making her the fastest and most energetic of the three able to easily outrun the fellow superhero, E Man stalling behind thinking she was only supposed to keep up with him. |

•Greater charm so far unmatched by her sisters. |

•Super sonic banshee voice waves attack. |

•The ability to shift her voice pitch to a sound so high only certain animals can hear it and respond accordingly. |

In her pass-times she is usually seen doing some worthless and/or completley fun time taking task. Besides her unimatated cuteness, she is best known for her fashion sense which mainly consist of of dresses made of her favorite color, baby blue with a single black stripe around the waist area. Her sweet manner and tone often leads to her being belittled by an opponent and made into the "flying" target. She is never the "sitting duck" when she should be, but is most of the time easy to pick off when she's all by herself being the most vulnerable. |

Her one and only strength comes from not just her powers and will, but her own faith in her sisters and vica versa.(a.k.a. the power of three) She can tend to become self-concious at times should she be harassed to believe occasional hecklings but with the proper support can easily overcome the antagonist. |

Bubbles's high toned voice is provided with very much talent by the beautiful, Tara Strong. |
