Tim Spicer's autobiography lists him as [[OBE]]. I haven't found anything about that using the sites http://www.gazettes-online.co.uk and http://www.honours.gov.uk/ - can someone with more knowledge of the English honours system look into that? Things to Do
This article needs clean-up, should be expanded and stick more to the (open available!) sources. For example, Sandline did not violate the UN embargo on Sierra Leone, but only the british, misinterpreted version of the UN resolution. It is believed that the British as well as the US government might have been involved in the scandal makes the whole incident sound like a conspiracy, which is simply wrong. --Echoray 23:22, 6 May 2005 (UTC)
