One Night Only is a CD of the Bee Gees concert at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas in 1997 which includes many of their greatest hits. There is also a DVD version of the concert, which was the Bee Gees' first show in ten years.

Bee Gees performed songs from every decade from the 1960s to the 1990s. They also sang a tribute song to their late brother Andy Gibb "(Our Love) Don't Throw It All Away". During this song old footage of Andy is shown singing on vocals. Céline Dion guest starred on the Bee Gees-penned "Immortality".

A numerous selection of the songs performed was shortened down, with some of them coalesced into a medley. Many were done in acoustic guitar and still sounded like their original recordings.

Throughout the concert a "movie screen" appears in the background which shows footage of their video clip with the song they are singing. Also, many details of the Bee Gees' lives are provided, for example their positive experiences with the Wagga Police Boy's Club, Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, Australia. They also mention "Australian legends" like Olivia Newton-John, who attended the concert.
