He's a bumb. Simple as that. They think he has the ability to perform in the NFL because of his height, speed and jumping ability. They really think he can be the "next" Randy Moss? The guy has NEVER played organized ball. I bet he wouldn't even be a star on a High School Football team right now!!!

Todd Lowber is a wide receiver for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL) and a former college basketball player and high jumping champion. Prior to signing with the Vikings, Lowber had no previous football experience.

College career

Lowber played basketball for two seasons at Ramapo College in Mahwah, New Jersey as a guard and won the 2006 NCAA Division III men's high jump. Prior to transferring to Ramapo, Lowber played two seasons for Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.

Pro football career

On April 18, 2007, Lowber signed a three-year contract with the Minnesota Vikings.
