Sir Francis William Stronge K.C.M.G. (22 November 1856-20 August 1924), was the younger son of Sir John Calvert Stronge, 4th Baronet.

He served as Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to Santiago, Chile (1913-1919) and was knighted for his service.

On 10 November 1909 he married Maria Fraser, daughter of David Macdowall Fraser.
