Marneuli is a small city in southern Georgia. It is located at around 41°27′49″N 44°48′39″E / 41.46361°N 44.81083°E. It is located near the border with neighboring Azerbaijan. That being the reason, the city is predominantly populated by Azeri people (83,1%).
