ABT is a television station in Hobart, Tasmania. It is affiliated with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. The station began broadcasting on 4 June, 1960. Its studios are in the inner city of Hobart and transmitter at Mount Wellington. The station is transmitted throughout the state via a series of relay transmitters, and via satellite to areas that cannot receive normal terrestrial television signals.
The schedule is similar to the national schedule, with some exceptions.
