Victor Anson (Vic) Fleming is an American judge, teacher and author residing in Little Rock, Arkansas.

He was born in Jackson, Mississippi, and educated at Davidson College and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law, where he has taught Law and Literature as an adjunct faulty member since 2003.[1] He was elected as a district judge for the City of Little Rock in 1996, and then reelected in 2000 and 2004.

Fleming has written two books of legal humor, including Real Lawyers Do Change Their Briefs [ISBN 0-914546-82-1]. He also constructs crossword puzzles as a hobby: His puzzles have been published in several papers, including the New York Times; several magazines, including Games Magazine; and in several books. He has been married since 1973 and has two grown children.
