The name Angostura may refer to
- Angostura (genus), a plant genus in the Rutaceae family
- Angostura bitters
- Angostura Ltd, a company manufacturing angostura bitters.
- Angostura bark, a spice made from the bark of the tree Cusparia febrifuga. The bitter spice is used as a herbal medicine. It is not necessarily an ingredient in angostura bitters.
The Spanish word Angostura means "narrows" and so often refers to a narrowing or crossing on a river. Hence, Angostura is the name of a number of places in Latin America:

- Venezuela's Ciudad Bolívar used to be named "Angostura".
- Villa La Angostura is a mountain town in Neuquén, Argentina.
- La Angostura is a small neighborhood in the city of Ica, Peru.
