San Bernardino Verbano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 120 km northeast of Turin and about 2 km northwest of Verbania. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,205 and an area of 26.0 km².[3]
The municipality of San Bernardino Verbano contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Santino, Bieno, and Rovegro.
San Bernardino Verbano borders the following municipalities: Cossogno, Mergozzo, Premosello-Chiovenda, Verbania.
