Been more than 10 years since I was last there. so it has probably developed since then. my POV may be considered rather negative, please edit if you know more.

Aside from a port and the city, there is no real attraction to Ushuaia. Of interest are the Bahia Lapataia natural reserve on to the west on the border with Chile, and Cape Horn.
