It doesn't bother me that you blocked this IP address. I work for a big company, I know that I share this IP (and ...43) with a lot of other people. I have a username I can log in with.
BUT HERE'S THE THING: I tried to make a minor edit-- in the SANDBOX no less-- while not logged in, and I received the message "Your account or IP address has been blocked from editing. You were blocked by Eagle 101 for the following reason (see our blocking policy): spamming\ Your IP address is 163.192.21.44."
OK, I've been blocked. No big. So I go to check out what changes my IP address has made that got us blocked...
Only I can't. There is no way to check it. Here's the path I had to take to get here:

Sorry this was so difficult for you. For future reference even as an IP, once you're on your talk page (which can be far too difficult to get to) you can get to the user history from the "user contributions" link in the toolbox to the left just under the search box.
