Bush going to give away any personal information, and strongly encourages you not to either always happy, and am sometimes grouchy (I made an uncivil comment on someone's talk page, but I was in a really, really awful mood - it may NEVER happen again) More I am a guy with prior experience with Wikimedia projects (under different usernames - username policies are stricter there) and on Wikipedia itself, as an IP editor. I love Wikipedia, it's a really awesome project. It's sort of like life. Think for a moment, what is life? What makes good things good, bad things bad, and how do we recognize the differences? Why isn't life flawless? Why are there a few people out there who only wish to bring trouble, maybe out of humor, or vengeance, or frustration? Why is the world not always sunny, and why is there Bhuddism? But when you think about it, it kinda makes sense. We all live together, working towards a common goal, that we'll never "achieve" though we already sorta did. The flaws of our world serve to make the happiness of the earth that much better, and were it not for sin, our world would not take notice when someone does something good. If the essense of sin did not exist, nor would the essence of kindness. The world isn't always sunny because if it were, there would be no rain, and thus, no crops grown. And not everybody absolutely loves constant sunshine, and not everybody gives their full faith in style="color:gray;">Catholicism or Atheism. Life has something for everybody. Wikipedia follows these very same flaws, on a smaller scale. We try to make all knowledge you may want to know available to you at the tip of your fingernails, and to give the best possible information possible. This will never be fully accomplished, and the closer one part may be getting, the farther another will be going at the same time. Wikipedia is not in any way without flaw, and yes, even if you try to mark a specific location where people can vandalize, the articles will still be subject to disruption. That's a fact that, no matter what you try that doesn't sacrifice the fundamentals, a vandal will come by. This is a flaw that always was, and always will be, unless we protect everything, prevent account creation for everybody, and block all users who we find doesn't have flawless editing patterns or is subject to fits of frustration. But then, we sacrifice what makes Wikipedia Wikipedia. We are an encyclopedia that anyone, anywhere, at any time can add anything to any subject, and the difference will show. However, the reason we have a police force is because these things happen, so they can work to prevent it from happening annd punish those who did to it (even though WP:BLOCK and WP:BAN are used as a preventative measure, and not to punish vandals). We have the policies we have here so the quality of the encyclopedia is higher, and for the most part, people abide by these policies. Same goes for life. So you see, there you have it. Not flawless, but still pretty sweet.
