"Girth (Pushing Daisies)" |
---|
Girth is the fifth episode of the first season of Pushing Daisies. It guest starred Hamish Linklater of The New Adventures of Old Christine. In the episode it's revealed that Olive was once a jockey that won many elite copetitions including an infamous race where she and three other racers trampled a star jockey to death. The group agreed not to tell anyone that in fact was a planned murder. In the present the ghost of the supposed dead racer rises and kills one of his murderers leaving Olive to hire Emerson and Ned to take on the case. It was written by Kath Lingenfelter and directed by Peter O'Fallon.
