==Plot summary==

In this episode Crockett and Tubbs are listening in on what they think is going to be "the biggest drug bust in Miami history," however after seeing the potential buyers go away Crockett and Tubbs decide to move in. After a brief firefight they open a trash bag believed to be loaded with Coke only to find two missing 15th Century paintings. Quickly realizing it is not drugs the crime families are bringing in but stolen paintings, Castillo brings in Jeffery Whitehead, a NYPD agent to help Crockett and Tubbs go undercover to find the Madonna, a missing art piece said to be worth about 11 million dollars by itself and 16 million dollars with the paintings Crockett and Tubbs recovered. Tubbs goes to an art show famous for its stolen art work. While there Tubbs runs into Julia Scianti, something of an expert of fine art. However she fails to see that the painting Tubbs is selling is fake and buys the painting off him for 250,000 dollars. After the transaction Tubbs is invited to a party where he learns the Castelli crime family is looking for the Madonna's two missing paintings (which Crockett and Tubbs have). Tubbs then negotiates a trade for more than 17 million dollars (in the episode the actual price is never mentioned). However Jeffery says his department can't spare 17 million dollars so Crockett and Tubbs decide to give Joey four pounds of heroin instead. Once the meeting for the art takes place, Jeffery and Joey go outside to do the transaction, however Whitehead double crosses both the Castelli crime family and Vice. They both race to beat Jeffery and head him off at the Miami Docks. Once there the Jeffery kills Joey and is about to get away when Crockett heads him off and arrests him. Soon Crockett and Tubbs realize it is not Joey's idea at all, but his sister Julia's, Crockett goes down to arrest her and is offered eight million dollars to let her go. Crockett then tells the story of a sculpture's artist and then arrests her, declining the deal.
