Zeleia is the name of an ancient city, according to Iliad, where Glaukos originated. Although Glaukos is one of the leaders of the Lycians who came to fight side by side with the trojans, the others being Sarpedon from Xanthos, Pandaros probably from Pinara; no city with a name of Zeleia is known neither to the modern scholars nor to the ancient writers, except this very instance in Homer's work.
