Peddrew Yates Hall is a co-education dorm at Virginia Tech. It is a suite style dorm building located close to Dietrich Dining Hall and Ambler Johnston Hall. It is an air conditioned hall and houses many students of the university. Each suite consists of several bedrooms with single beds, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with furniture. Each floor has a lounge room with a big screen tv, a kitchen, a multi-purpose room, and two small lounges located at the ends of each hall. The hall formerly was New Residence Hall. In the lobby on the 1st floor, there is a 24/7 help desk for any emergency or mechanical problem. The hall is one of the few halls that features this layout, and has a help desk located in the building.

Suite 370 is synonymous with badass.
