"What worked so well for Scott Baio in those long ago sitcoms works equally well in the new millenium of reality television. His endearing charm and devil-may-care sensibility permeates the whole show and it makes for an entertaining half-hour of mostly light-hearted semi-self-awakening. The show is well-executed and the star is compelling." |

"It is an entertaining and emotional half-hour built around the one-time Hollywood hunk's quest to find out why he's still single. While it's fun to watch him struggle, in the end the show creates a sympathetic portrait of a star who has avoided the usual pitfalls of celebrity on the road to bachelorhood. And for a celebrity reality show, that's unusual and why this is worth your time." |
