Levan Gachechiladze is a Georgian politician, andmember of the liberal-conservative New Right Party . On 12 November 2007 he was named as a candidate for the January 2008 Georgian presidential election[1]. His candidacy is supported by a nine-party coalition[2], including:

- Conservative Party
- Way of Georgia
- People's Party
- Freedom

- Movement for United Georgia

- Kartuli Dasi
The Georgian Labor Party was a member of the coalition, but did not support Gachechiladze's candidacy
