Tara Lynn Charendoff-Strong (b. February 12 1973, Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is a voice actress.

She plays Toot Braunstein & Princess Clara from Drawn Together. Her voice has been used for a wide variety of Canadian and American animation including main roles in The Powerpuff Girls as Bubbles, Ben 10 as Benjamin Tennyson, Upgrade and Benwolf, The Fairly Odd Parents as Timmy Turner, Teen Titans as Raven, and many others. She has also lent her voice to Japanese animated films such as Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke, as well as her work as Elisa & Ursula in Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops, Rikku in Final Fantasy X and its sequel Final Fantasy X-2.

On January 30 2007, Tara Strong confirmed that she will be the voice of Kluke in the North American localization of Blue Dragon (see [1]).
