In 2005, Yates teamed up with Cannonball driver and film producer, J. Sanchez of Catalyst Entertainment to produce another reality series called "Cannonball: This is reality". It is understood that this new series will run along side the actual [[One Lap of America]] race. In 2006 the project was again shelved as J. Sanchez went on to organzing his own event; The Fireball Run Transcontinetall Rally ran in 2007. The rally was filmied in HD and scheduled for release in 2008.
