Arthur's Teacher Trouble is a book, computer game, and television episode, all adapted by Marc Brown.
Book
The book was written by Mark Brown on April 3, 1989.[1] It is one of the best-selling books of the series, and the second most popular, after Arthur's Nose. It was published by Little Brown Co. and is 30 pages long.
Computer Game
The book was then adapted into a computer game by Living Books in 1993. Unlike the book, it is 24 pages long and is available in English and Spanish. It is the first of five Arthur books to adapted into a computer game, and the second game by Living Books. Instead of being separated into 2 sections like the television episode, it follows the book, and both Arthur Teacher Trouble and Arthur's Spelling Trubble(spelling is correct) and combined into one game. There was only one part of the book that the Living Books version had that the book did not: In the part where Mr. Ratburn gave Arthur and the Brain a special list of words, the software version had pages 12 - 14 dedicated to that list, with words like monkey, cookie, telephone, dinosaur, balloon, whale, and more.
Television Episode
Arthur's Teacher Trouble was again adapted into two television episodes for the Arthur TV Series, titled Arthur and the Real Mr. Ratburn and Arthur's Spelling Trubble. It aired on September 9, 1996.
