'''Peddrew Yates Hall''' is a co-education [[dorm]] at [[Virginia Tech]]. It is a suite style dorm building located close to [[Dietrich Dining Hall]] and [[Ambler Johnston Hall]]. It is an air conditioned hall and houses many students of the university. Each suite consists of several bedrooms with single beds, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with furniture. Each floor has a lounge room with a big screen tv, a kitchen, a multi-purpose room, and two small lounges located at the ends of each hall. The hall formerly was [[New Residence Hall]]. In the lobby on the 1st floor, there is a 24/7 help desk for any emergency or mechanical problem. The hall is one of the few halls that features this layout, and has a help desk located in the building. |
