Tommy Jammer is a retired American professional wrestler who competed in Midwest regional promotions including Pro Wrestling America and the American Wrestling Association in the late 1980s. CareerTrained by Eddie Sharkey during the mid-1980s, he was one of several wrestlers as part of a talent exchange agreement between Sharkey and AWA promoter Greg Gagne to make his debut in the last years of the AWA. [1] Participating in a 17-man Battle Royal to crown a new AWA World Heavyweight Champion in St. Paul, Minnesota on February 7, 1989 [2], Jammer was the first man to be eliminated. [3] He did, however, score one of his first victories in the promotion defeating Mike Enos almost two weeks later in Marshfield, Wisconsin on February 18 and, in a tag team match with Derrick Dukes, defeated Badd Company resulting in Pat Tanaka and Paul Diamond splitting up in Rochester, Minnesota on May 6, 1989. [4] Feuding with Jonnie Stewart during his early months in the promotion, he defeated Stewart at AWA War in the Windy City on June 23 [5] and was later schedualed to face him at the CNE Coliseum in Toronto, Canada on December 6 although Paul Diamond substituted him when he was unable to make the event. [6] During the next year, Jammer appeared on several AWA supercards loosing to Tully Blanchard at SuperClash 4 on April 8 [7] and wrestled in numerous matches as part of Baron von Raschke's Baron's Blitzers during the Team Challenge Series, eventually facing Larry's Legends (Destruction Crew & The Texas Hangmen) in an 8-man "Behind the 8-Ball" tag team elimination match on September 10, 1990. He would also feud with AWA World Heavyweight Champion Larry Zbyszko before he left the promotion in December 1990. Jammer would wrestle his last match with the AWA in Bloomington, Minnesota loosing to Larry Cameron on May 3, 1991. Like many other AWA wrestlers, Jammer began to wrestle with the Minneapolis-based Pro Wrestling America after the AWA folded in 1990. He continued to wrestle in the Minnesota area during the early 1990s, winning the NSW Tag team titles with Baron von Raschke, although he would eventually retire by the end of 1994. This request for creation has been reviewed. The reviewer comments appear below the article text.
Ron Hutchinson is a retired Canadian professional wrestler, trainer and promoter who competed for Canadian independent promotions such as Grand Prix Wrestling and had a brief stint in the World Wrestling Federation during the mid-1980s. He is also the promoter of the Toronto-based Apocalypse Wrestling Federation [1] and the head trainer of Carmen Electra's Naked Women's Wrestling League. [2] The owner of the Ron Hutchinson Wrestling Acadamy at Sully's Gym [3] and co-owner of Sweet Daddy Siki and Ron Hutchinson's School of Wrestling, he is also credited as one of the leading trainers of professional wrestlers in Canada whose students include Adam Copeland, [4] Christian Cage, Tiger Ali Singh, Johnny Swinger, Mad Dog Rex, Joe E. Legend [5], The Original Sinn [6] and Asylum [7] as well as valets Trish Stratus, Tracy Brookshaw and Gail Kim. [8] Early life and careerBorn in Toronto, Hutchinson became interested in professional wrestling at a young age watching The Shiek and Dewey Robertson. In 1981, while still attending Northern Secondary high school, the 17-year-old Hutchinson began training with Sweet Daddy Siki and Johnny Powers at Sully's Gym. Training part-time for two years, he would wrestle his first professional match with Danny Little Wolf defeating Teddy Marshall & Joey War Eagle at Scarboro Arena Gardens on June 5, 1983 and began wrestling for promoter "Bearman" Dave McKigney soon after his debut. He would also wrestle for the WWF around Southern Ontario during the mid 1980s appearing in a televised match against the Iron Sheik on the WWF's Black Saturday cards and regularly appeared on televised matches for Maple Leaf Wrestling in Brantford, Ontario. [5] He would later face Jake "The Snake" Roberts on April 26 and Dory Funk, Jr. on May 10 while the WWF toured Ontario in 1986. Grand Prix WrestlingDuring the summer season, he also toured with Maritime-based Grand Prix Wrestling as well as National Wrestling Alliance-affiliated territories in the Montreal and southern Ontario-area with Pro Wrestling Canada. For over three years, he would face wrestlers including Masahiro Chono, Mr. Pogo, "Killer" Karl Krupp, Jos Leduc, Frenchy Martin and Leo Burke during his time in the Maritime provinces. He would also wrestle midget star Sky Low Low and "Monster Ripper" Rhonda Singh in mixed tag team matches as well. After touring Quebec with Leo Burke's International Wrestling promotion during 1986 and 1987, he returned to Grand Prix Wrestling as the masked wrestler The Intelligent and the Sensational Masked Thunderbolt as a member of "Bulldog" Bob Brown stable Bulldog's Army feuding with Leo Burke, "Rotten" Ron Starr, The Great Malumba, Stephen Petitpas, Vinnie Valentino, Cuban Assassin, Sunny War Cloud and Buddy Lane for over two years. RetirementThe same year he made his wrestling debut, he began attending Ryerson Polytechnical Institute studying journalism and continued wrestling part-time during the semester, and full-time during the summer. After Johnny Powers left Sully's Gym, he was offered a position as an instructor by Siki who was impressed by his knowledge of amateur wrestling. After retiring in 1990, he remained at Sully's Gym after Siki left in 1994. Later opening a wrestling school with Siki, he would train many of Canada's top independent wrestlers throughout the 1990s, many of whom would later compete in the WWF and NWA: TNA. [5] In September 1997, Hutchinson would appear on a wrestling event promoted by Tiger Jeet Singh in Middlesex, England with over 10,000 in attendance and later aired on PPV in India. During that year, he would also appear with WWF Canada President Carl DeMarco on CBC TV's teen talk show "Jonovision" as well as a second appearance in September 1998 along with two students, Tiger Ali Singh and Jason Sensation. Apocalypse Wrestling FederationIn August 1998, in association with his wrestling school, Hutchinson established the Apocalypse Wrestling Federation which began holding events in the Toronto-area with its first show on August 30, 1998. During the next year, Missy Hyatt would make her Canadian debut appearing at the supercard "A Valentine to Remember" on February 14 winning the AWF Heavyweight Championship in a mixed tag team match with Miss B. Haven against Sherri Martel and the Squeegee Kid during the event. [9] This would be the first wrestling event in which a woman would hold a men's wrestling title. [10] During that same year, he would also promote Terry Funk's Canadian retirement match "One Last Dance" in which Funk would defeat Sabu on June 6, 1999. The following month, he would begin promoting the annual AWF Ironman Tournament in which over 100 matches would be booked in an 18-day period. The tournament, which would be held for the next four years, would feature matches from top Canadian independent wrestlers and, in 2002, the Canadian debuts of WWF valets Jillian Hall, Beth Phoenix and Japanese female wrestler Sumie Sakai. Recent yearsIn early 2003, he and AWF Promotions President Rod Boudreau issued a public statement annoucing the purchase of the historical Newsboys boxing gym in Toronto's east end and reopening the training center as the Pro Wrestling Training Gym. [11] In April of the year, he traveled to Tokyo, Japan to organize GAEA Japan's 8th Anniversary show at Yokohama Bunka Gym with promoter Chigusa Nagayo. He would later co-promote Carmen Electra's female wrestling promotion Naked Women's Wrestling League, serving as the promotion's head trainer and consultant in October 2003. As recently as 2005, he began training former reality TV star Mandy Weaver for a career in the promotion. [12] In October 2007, Hutchinson took part in a three-city tour of India with Tiger Jeet Singh's Universal Wrestling Stars, Incorporated and included American independent wrestlers Sonjay Dutt, Steve Corino, Jerry Lynn, Don Paysan as well as Canadian female wrestlers Kacey Diamond, Josianne the Pussycat and Portia Perez. While in Ludhiana, Punjab, Hutchinson was involved in an incident in which Russian wrestler Jason the Legend of Pro Wrestling ZERO-ONE attempted to assault several Indian reporters during a press conference when the wrestlers were apparently told their tour was to be postponed. Throwing a table across the room, Jason had attempted to assault the reporters before being restrained by several wrestlers present. Although there were no reports of anyone injured, the Senior Superintendent of Police had reported that the wrestler's passports had been siezed pending a police investigation. The incident would also be shown on Indian television such as Day Break as well as being covered by the Daily India and The Times of India. [13] Championships and accomplishments

New MutantsAshake was an ancient Egyptian Sorceress who made her first debut in New Mutants #32. In her first appearance, she encountered the New Mutants Magik and Mirage. As a result of a teleportation malfunction, Magik and Mirage were sent back in time to ancient Cairo, Egypt, where they were immediately chased by Egyptian guards. They were rescued due to an illusion spell cast by Ashake. The sorceress then welcomed the young women into her home, where Magik immediately noted the Uncanny resemblance she had to Ororo Munroe. Ashake explained to the mutants that she is an ancestor of Ororo Munroe, saying she is her granddaughter although many generations removed. She also said that it was she who drew them back , stating that she felt them tumbling through time. After their discussion, Ashake offered them both sanctuary and a way to get back home. The next morning, Ashake used a guiding and teleportation spell to send the young mutants back to their time. Mystic ArcanaAshake’s New Mutants debut was later greatly enhanced and slightly altered for the magic-based mini-series “Mystic Arcana”. In this version, Ashake is seen as the creator of Tarot Cards, using them to find Magik and Mirage. Shortly after saving them, she gives them refuge, and while Mirage sleeps, Magik goes to find Ashake. Ashake then uses her one-on-one time with Magik to explain her matrilineal powers, her devotion to the Gods, especially Ma’at, and attempts to give Magik hope for the darkness within her. However, their talk is interrupted when Ashake senses the evil sorcerer, Heka Nut, coming for them. After cloaking Mirage in an invisibility spell, the two women attempt to hold back Heka Nut’s minions assault, but they fail and both are captured. While in captivity, Heka Nut informs them that he wants the Sword of Bone, a sword of raw power that is one of the cornerstones of creation. He commands the two women to get the sword for him, taking Ashake’s soul hostage to ensure a deal. Despite pleas from Ashake, Magik reluctantly agrees to the quest, and the two go on to fetch the sword for the sorcerer. Having retrieved the Sword of Bone, they then give it to Heka Nut. But since the sword only works for those of pure spirit, it transformed back to its original state, since it left Ashake’s hands and entered his. With Heka Nut distracted, Magik attacked him, severing him from his powers and freeing Ashake’s soul from his grip. But instead of killing him, Ashake explained that he was once a good man and mediator for the Gods, but that his power tempted him and the fault is not the “urn’s” but its maker. With his brilliant mind shattered, Heka Nut then aimlessly wanders off into the desert, and Ashake bottles his dark magic into a mystic urn, giving it to the sphinx Ammut for safe keeping. Wishing them well, Ashake uses a guiding spell, and sends the girls on their way. Present Day ReturnWith Ian Mcnee gathering all of the cornerstones needed, he then, with the aid of Morgan Le Fey, Llyra, and Ashake, uses their power to restore Heka Nut, using himself as a vessel. But Oshtur is revealed to have really been Chthon in disguise, and says that now Heka Nut will consume Ian, making him his slave and the perfect vessel to bring the world to him. But Ian Mcnee calls for the aid of the Sorceress Morgan Le Fey, Llyra, and surprisingly, Ashake, who has literally flown through time for this final fight. Morgan Le Fey and Llyra proceed to bind Chthon, while Ashake reasons with Heka Nut, reminding him of the friendship they once had, and the man he once was. Heka Nut then remembers his past and that it was his jealousy of Ashake and Chthon’s promises that made him turn evil. Utilizing their strength, Ian and Heka Nut hold back the ritual, and Ashake frees Heka Nut with the Sword of Bone. Ian then banishes Chthon, but since one of the relics was of the Elder God’s power, Ian’s own soul was tainted and Ashake had not returned to her own time. Then, before their eyes, the true Oshtur appears and says that all hope is not lost, and that they should be proud and rest. She explains that Ashake is now present to help Ian, due to the fact that his soul is tainted and the cornerstones of the magic universe still must be saved. The book CROSSROADS is expected to continue with the journey of the two sorcerers. Powers and AbilitiesAshake is a very powerful white magic sorceress. It was said in Mystic Arcana: Nico Minoru that she was trained by the very Gods themselves although her favorite appears to be Ma’at a.k.a. Oshtur. Ashake has displayed many different magical skills due to invoking the names of deities. Some of the known spell feats she has performed are invisibility, shield generation, illusion casting, premonition, telepathy, summoning the mystic creature Ammut, and the ability to see into the future via Tarot Cards. Ashake has only ever used white magic. Her spirit has been said to be pure and she has successfully wielded the Sword of Bone. Nipstad. He has a younger brother, Michael Lopez, a professional baseball player. He has Norwegian and German ancestry and was raised in the Lutheran religion. He grew up in the Los Angeles suburb of Camarillo, California where he attended Adolfo Camarillo High School, graduating with honors in 1992. CareerCarter began his Aerospace career in 1993 when he began serving in the United States Air Force and helped develop G.P.S. technology while working with satellites. In late 1996, Carter left the Air Force to pursue a flying career. While attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Carter met Lucas M. Bryant, an Air Force Academy grad and meteorologist. It was during this time that Carter and Bryant began work on the STD Index. This index, short for Severe Thunderstorm Development has been lauded as a major break-through in aviation safety by the National Transportation and Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Athority by giving pilots the information needed to choose to abstain from or continue on with a flight. The following year, Carter was honored with the prestigious Daniel T. Reed Award for aviation innovation by the Airplane Owner & Pilots Association. Previous award winners include Mike Sullivan a NASA test pilot who is credited with developing ECLIPS Experimental Cloud Lidar Pilot Study, which was initiated to obtain statistics on cloud-base height, extinction, optical depth, cloud brokenness, and surface fluxes. After the success of the STD index, Carter toured the world as a public speaker and consulted with various aviation companies. The professional success Mr. Carter shared with Lucas Bryant didn't last however, as Bryant felt overshadowed by the attention Carter received and virtually faded from the national scene, opting instead to start his own company, LBC-YA, inc. The once promising duo, now working independent of each other, never again reached the professional heights they did as a team. In 2004, Carter created Cardiff Giant, and has served as technical advisor on many high-grossing Hollywood hits including The Aviator, Made and Grandma's Boy SourcesThe Severe Thunderstorm (STD) Index STD Index, NASA findings 72.40.70.110 06:11, 10 November 2007 (UTC) Articles for creation/2007-11-10[reply]

Ole Haraldsson, (* 993; † around 1017 in Gudbrandsdal) was an elder half-brother to the later-to-be king of Norway Olav II. Haraldsson. He was killed by ravaging peasants in Gudbrandsdal while in prayer. He is considered one of the most important local patron saints until Reformation. LifeOle was born to the norwegian maid Trine, who had a short affair with Ole´s father, the danish petty king Harald Grenske; this at least is the version of a fragmented Vita Sancti Olei [1] from the later archbishop of Trondheim/Nidaros` library. When Harald`s legitimate wife Åsta uncovered their relationship, Trine and young Ole were banned from court. According to the Vita Sancti Olei they were sold to Iceland als slaves (traelle). Hvidtfeldt`s "Danmarks Rigis Krönnike" [2] relates, based on a complete edition of Vita Sancti Olei (which probably fell victim to the Copenhagen Library Fire of 1728), that Ole converted to Christendom on Iceland around the year 1000 and returned to Norway around 1010 as blind passenger. Here he went to his brother`s court and revealed his identity as the king`s brother. This resulted in his brother almost immediately ordering his death. Ole was able to flee and spent the next years hiding in the dales of Telemark. During his morning prayer he was slain by hired killers in the employ of his brother in a barn in Gudbrandsdal. AftermathAlthough supported by various circles to create a counterweigth to the national [Saint Olav], Ole`s canonization was never successful. Only in Gudbrandsdal a limited cult of Ole the Saint existed for any protracted length of time, it´s peak doubtlessly marked by the bad-latin Vita Sancti Olei, which`s only remaining fragment disappeared from the library of Oslo University in 1945 under unclear circumstances. For reasons unknown a temporary reverence of Saint Ole could also be found in Nyköbing/Mors in Denmark. [3] Sources1. ↑ Lars Rumar: Helgonet i Nidaros - Olavskult och kristnande i Norden. HistoryLocated on the campus of Boston College, the Center on Wealth and Philanthropy (CWP) is a multidisciplinary research center specializing in the study of spirituality, wealth, philanthropy, and other aspects of cultural life in an age of affluence [3]. Founded in 1970, CWP is a recognized authority on the relation between economic wherewithal and philanthropy, the motivations for charitable involvement, and the underlying meaning and practice of care. Currently, the Center on Wealth and Philanthropy is conducting a survey entitled "The Joys and Dilemmas of Wealth" meant to explore the motivations for giving by people with more than $25 million in assets [4]. "Joys and Dilemmas of Wealth" StudyThe CWP is conducting a study on households with a net worth of at least $25 million. A major goal of this study is to generate knowledge about the attitudes, practices, and personal philosophy of ultra high net worth households, especially concerning philanthropy. The CWP claims that this is the first substantial study of wealth holders at this level [5]. The study has been cited in the media due to the involvement of the Gates Foundation with the funding of this project [6]. The concert features performances Ravi Shankar, Blanca del Rey, Langas and Manghaniyars of Rajasthan, Ludovit Kováč, Trio Loyko (with violinists Oleg Ponomarev and Sergei Erdenko) and Abdelli. Yehudi Menuhin wrote the following about the concerts: "Ravi Shankar established an atmosphere which was magical... The audience was gasping with the joy which comes of seeing a dream fulfilled, which unhappily does not exist in our ordinary life." The recordings of the concerts (with interviews with the artists, vocal and instrumental demonstrations and rehearsal footage) were released on DVD & CD in 2006, together with Menuhin celebreting his 90th birthday. Furbish's Lousewort (Pedicularis furbishiae) is a perennial herb found only on the shores of the upper St. John River in Maine and New Brunswick. Furbish's lousewort was first recognized as a new species by Maine naturalist and botanical artist Kate Furbish in 1880 [1]. It is considered an endangered species in the United States and Canada, and is threatened by habitat destruction, as well as riverside development, forestry, littering and recreational use of the riverbank. It is in the same family as snapdragon and figwort. Because it is endangered and endemic to the area, development projects must be sure to preserve its habitat. It was once thought to be extinct, making it a Lazarus taxon. DescriptionFurbish's Lousewort is not distinguished by large and showy flowers. It "averages 75 cm in height. During its first few years of growth, it forms a basal rosette of deeply incised fern like leaves. Usually after three years the Lousewort begins to flower, often from a single, slightly hairy and reddish tinged stem with a few branches near the top. Furbish's Lousewort flowers are small, yellow and snap-dragon like. They are clustered in a short cylindrical head, and open sequentially from the lower to the upper-most between July and August." [2] HabitatIt grows on the bank of the St. John River in three areas of New Brunswick and at 18 sites in Maine. [3] It needs moist, unstable, semi-shaded, eroding banks subject to flooding, and ice-scouring. Messages from Michael - A channeled conversation with a teaching entity

Introduction"Messages from Michael," written by Chelsea Quinn Yarbro, is the first in a series of 4 books that chronicles a three decade long "conversation" between a group of friends and a channelled, spiritual teaching entity that has come to be known as Michael. As of November 2007, this conversation continues, as the Michael group continues to conduct closed sessions in the San Francisco bay area. The cornerstone of this teaching is very simple: we live our lives to learn to make choices. Choices made, beget more choices. Choosing not to choose, is a choice. There are no right or wrong choices. Choices made free from fear open the person to a wider range of options, choices made under the influence of fear lessen the range of options. If fear is strong enough to compel one person to choose to take away another person's ability to choose, then karma is achieved. Eventually that karmic tie will be balanced, allowing for continued evolution of the soul. Through this dialogue with Michael, a comprehensive framework of information has been amassed. This information has to do with countless topics including: the evolution of the human soul, the inter-connectivity individuals share, the different types of soul ages within humanity, world politics, the nature of the universe, karma, reincarnation and "the overleaves." The Overleaves"Overleaves" is a methaphorical term used by Michael to describe the various components of a personality system that can be likened to the 12 signs of the zodiac. Whereas the zodiac is based on 12 archetypal symbols, the Michael system of overleaves is based on the number 7. These metaphoric labels do not refer to social status or occupation, and carry with them meanings that are unique unto this system of study. No one overleaf is better, or worse. All overleaves are capable of helping a person achieve growth within their lifetime. The overleaf known as chief feature is the part of the personality where fear resides. Chief features work to convince us that it is good and necessary to be afraid. Overcoming chief feature's lies is another big part of the focus of the Michael related material. The overleaves include: Soul Age Cycles - Infant, Baby, Young, Mature, Old (Transendental and Infinite occur beyond the physical plane) Level within the Cycle - There are 7 different levels within each soul age cycle; ie. 6th level infant, 7th level infant, 1st level baby, etc. Essence Type -- Slave, Artisan, Warrior, Scholar, Sage, Priest, King (slaves are not indentured servants, kings are not blue-bloods) Goal ------- Retardation, Rejection, Submission, Stagnation, Acceptance, Growth, Dominance Mode ------- Repression, Caution, Perseverance, Observation, Power, Passion, Aggression Attitude ------ Stoic, Skeptic, Cynic, Pragmatist, Idealist, Spiritualist, Realist Centering ---- Emotional, Intellectual, Sexual, Instinctive, Higher Intellectual, Higher Emotional, Moving Chief Feature -- Self-Deprecation, Self-Destruction, Martyrdom, Stubbornness, Greed, Arrogance, Impatience Validating the Michael MaterialThere are differing accounts among those who have studied the Michael material, as to what sources of information are valid. Since the late 1970's, the original Michael group has conducted closed, private sessions. And this group of Michael students maintains that the channellers associated with their group do not advertise, nor make a living channelling Michael. This core group of students views those who advertise and/or make a living professing to channel Michael, very skeptically. There are many others who claim to channel Michael, and for a fee, customers can buy information that is purported to be channelled from Michael. The information the original Michael group is receiving, differs from the information being generated elsewhere. It falls to each person to decide for themselves if they are associating with a valid Michael channel. Regardless, there is a general consensus that the four "Michael Books" written by CQ Yarbro continue to be the most reliable sources of Michael related information. Over the years, there have been various online message boards and discussion groups that have been established by those who have found the Michael material featured in CQ Yarbro's writings to be of interest. Template:Afc maybe VivioFateFan (Talk, Sandbox) 20:26, 10 November 2007 (UTC)[reply] New MutantsAshake was an ancient Egyptian Sorceress who made her first debut in New Mutants #32. She also possess the ability to fly. The StoryAlthough his existence has been rumored to be myth, Darrell McIntyre, born January 10, 1986, has recently emerged from the shadows. What began as a mythological tale of a boy who possesed superhuman powers, has revealed itself to be factual and in fact the now twenty-one year old prodigy has been linked to the University of California, Santa Barbara. HIs notable travels and tales include the 2007 slaying of the skunk a la isla vista and the legendary battle of the piscina penguino, which ultimately led to the relocation in the old region known as Trois Fleuves. Sightings of this manimal have been reported far accoss the world, with recent reports scouting this creature in the regions of Amsterdam and France. However, these rumored sightings have not been confirmed, due to the fact that he posseses the capability to deliver his infamous wail-a-wench, in which his pimp hand has been reported to be made of liquid mercury and be so dense that it alters time in its movement. In 2004, it has been reported that he knocked a bitch back to the third grade, just because she wouldnt shut her trap. This hand of god has also been attributed to sending numerous african americans back to the time of slavery. Now reclusive in Santa Barbara, California, Darrell McIntyre claims to have decided to use his pimp hand for good and evil, instead of just evil. Tales of the man thought to be a myth of a time once passed out after too many beers left in the fridge, circulate not only among the living, but also among the past. In November 2007 Leonardo Da Vinci called and said some random chick showed up claiming to have encountered the wail-a-wench, thus sending her though the ages to a time once passed. Although the woman arrived, she was not wanted, Da Vinci ultimately fed her to his pigs.
