The Episcopal Diocese of San Joaquin is the geographic territory encompssing the former Episcopal Diocese of San Joaquin, now the Anglican Diocese of San Joaquin.
Currently, the diocesean of this diocese is Bishop John-David Schofield, bishop of the Anglican Diocese of San Joaquin, because the Episcopal Church, and more Specifically, Presding Bishop Katherine Jefforts Schori has not yet declared the episcopate of the diocese to be vacant.
