History

WLTN-FM went on the air December 7, 1994, as a Class A radio station in broadcasting from Lisbon, New Hampshire and with studios in Littleton. On air it was known as "Gold 96" and it was a satellite-fed Oldies radio station. In July of 1999 ownership changed to Sharp Broadcasting and the format changed to it's current Adult Contemporary format, then known on air is Bright 96.7. When the station was sold to Lunderville, it became known as Mix 96.7.

Competition

WLTN FM Mix 96.7 shares the Adult Contemporary format with Citadel Broadcasting's 94.9 WHOM (America's Superstation) from Mount Washington, New Hampshire and Clear Channel's 92.9 WEZF (Star 92.9) from Burlington, Vermont. Mix 96.7 offers Adult Contemporary music with fewer interruptions. In the evening WLTN carries no disc jockeys, while WHOM carries the John Tesh Radio Show and WEZF carries Delilah.
