Barnabas Sibusiso Dlamini (born 15 May 1942) was Prime Minister of Swaziland from 26 July 1996 to 29 September 2003.

Prior to serving as Prime Minister, Dlamini was the country's finance minister from 1984 to 1993.

Dlamini is a candidate, backed by the Swazi government, for the position of Chairperson of the African Union Commission in early 2008.[1][2]
