Staatstheater is not described as a "ballet for non-dancers" (Kontradanse). One of the nine parts of the piece is called this, because that is what it is. The whole work is a large scale deconstruction of the traditions of the German opera house. I would be happy to put an article on this piece if anyone thinks it might be a good idea.
