Diane Salema (born July 20, 1983 in Toronto, Ontario) is one of seven hosts of the MTV Canada program MTV Live. She was working as a clerk at a Toronto record store when she was asked to audition for the MTV show. With no background in television she thought she was being pranked when first approached.[1] Salema was chosen as one of the hosts by MTV in March 2006.[2]
