In Love and Death is the second studio album by The Used. It was released on September 28, 2004 and has since been certified multi-platinum. [1]

This was the first album artwork done by Alex Pardee and he has done all the artwork for The Used since. The album was reissued on May 3, 2005 with the addition of one bonus track. A article in Kerrang Magazine said that the album was reissued without the band's permission.
