Master Lists (ML) is an Internet directory-survey. As most of the information on a research topic is distributed on Internet, a ML would include all the related links, ranked by the readers through a voting system.
RE: Content/Style Guidelines, for style, a link would have a name, URL(http://), URL Description, Contact Name, Contact email. Content guidelines regards the wiki principles (NPOV, V, NOR), a Master List should be comprehensive (include all existing URLs).
