Seija Simola (Helsinki, September 25, 1944) is a finnish singer. She has started her career musical in 1960's, but her solo album was released in 1970: Seija Simola 1 .
In 1978, She has representated nacional television finnish (YLE) in Eurovision Song Contest 1978. There she has performed the entry Anna rakkaudelle tilaisuus (Give love a chance), in April 22, 1978. The song has finished in 18th position and 2 points. Despite this bad position, Simola has continued her career in Finland.
