Requested Resolution of all the Issues

The submission of one article, openly, on Wikipedia related to our product, well within Wikipedia guidelines does not a spammer, sock puppet, CoI-ist, or evil-doer make.

To all the admins/editors ... all I want is to get this issue cleaned up and terminate all involvement with Wikipedia, as is the same request I had going on what feels like a year ago.

We are not spammers, despite having been accused of such. We did not intentionally engage in a conflict of interest outside of the Wiki policies, as we understood it.

Summary:

1) We submitted one article, we added a product sheet to a long list of similar product names. This page was on Wikipedia for I believe a period of years. It was then requested for deletion, and summarily deleted.

2) I marked for review about a dozen other pages, similar to ours, that met the same criteria. Third party reviewers reviewed these pages and deleted looks like almost all of them, in agreement with my marking.

3) Wikipedia went into "ridicularity spawn mode" and robots and editors spawned accusations of spamming, conflict of interest, sock puppetry, and probably baby killing. These pages are spawning all over the Internet and causing me some concerns as they are topping google search terms and other things.

4) I have edited and repeatedly requested removal of these pages. In nearly all cases SysOps and admins obliged (and I much appreciated it). Somehow Wikipedia keeps spawning new pages related to these things. I blanked them. Then got into another war with yet another bank of wiki-editors, unrelated / familiar with the original issues.

All I want is to terminate all involvement with Wikipedia and clean up the ridiculous mess of "wikipedia spawned pages" related to this that are misusing our trademarks, accusing us of CoI and of being a spammer.

It is inaccurate and slanderous, in my view, to label us with terms like Spammer, COI, sock puppetry, and other claims for the submission of one article, the request of review of a dozen articles, and the editing of a couple pages that misuse our trademarks. Once these issues are cleaned up, I have no intention of ever submitting ANY article to Wikipedia again. If you want to keep the logs and things for research purposes, fine, all I ask is that trademarks be removed personally identifiable information be removed.

All I want is to clean up all the publically indexed "Wikipedia Spawn" and be done with this website. You guys really need to be careful who you label as spammers. Under new federal laws, the federal penalties for being labeled a "Spammer" are actually very severe, and with Wikipedia accusing us of this, we have to take it very seriously. Spammers have been put in prison.

And yet, that is what we are being labeled, and editors are just tacking on more and more labels as we try to get this issue resolved using any means possible. Being up-front, honest, and having integrity certainly hasn't worked in the "wikiworld" so far, so we shall see if honesty and integrity works within arbitration.

Thank you - I will comply ... it still isn't working however, looks like a timed-expiration? I will file the arbitration request tomorrow.
