Pigs in Space was a short [[sketch]] that ran in between the main storyline on [[The Muppet Show]]. Sketches always started aboard a fictional [[spacecraft]] called the [[Swine Trek]], a fictional name that was pulled directly from [[Star Trek]] (the TV show).
