Dante Ferretti (born 1943) is an Italian Academy Award winning art director and costume designer for films.
Ferretti won an Academy Award for Art Direction in the The Aviator. He had seven previous nominations. His nominations were for The Adventures of Baron Munchausen, Hamlet (1990), The Age of Innocence, Interview with a Vampire, Kundun, and Gangs of New York. He was nominated for Best Costume Design for Kundun. His most recent production design work can be seen in 2007's Sweeney Todd, he was also nominated for the Art Directors Guild Excellence in Production Design Award in 2000 for Titus.
