Dressing as Captain America and calling himself "Ant-Cap," the operative ran into the real Captain America, and the two fought as rivals. Captain America captured the impersonator and kept him in hiding, only for him to die after an overdose of AVX. Buried at sea, he was soon rescued by the Falcon, who took him back to Brooklyn, where the Anti-Cap pursued murdering any aids to terrorists. Soon, he and Captain America met again, where he had his final battle that ended with Anti-Cap getting run over by a moving train.
