Laird of Burnbrae was a hereditary title in Scotland that was held by several generations in the Primrose family. It is unclear what portions of land the Lairds of Burnbrae held; however, the Rampant Scotland website [1] defines the Burnbrae area as: Dumfries & Galloway, Fife, Perth & Kinross, South Ayrshire, South Lanarkshire, West Dunbartonshire, and West Lothian.

The Lairds of Burnbrae resided in Tulliallan, Perthshire, Scotland although in some early sources Tulliallan is cited as part of Fifeshire.

Peter Primrose I is the first known Laird of Burnbrae and James Primrose was the last Laird and also held the title of Esquire. The family is related to the Lord of Dalmeny (a subordinate title of the Earl of Rosebery). This family also has the surname Primrose.
