Guillaume Canet (born April 10, 1973) is a French actor and César Award winning film director.
He was born in Boulogne-Billancourt. He married German actress Diane Kruger on September 1, 2001, whom he had met and started dating in 1999; they have since divorced. He is currently dating double César Award and Academy Award winner Marion Cotillard.
He won the César Award for Best Director in 2007 for his film Ne le dis à personne (Tell no one) based upon the novel by Harlan Coben, starring François Cluzet as the leading part. February 25th, 2007
