I'm trying to make a Ralph Nader pull string doll that says things like: corporate crime should be addressed, I think people should have more than two choices for president, and third parties have done a lot of good, just look at slavery and child labor laws. |

I have a chatty cathy doll (the english rosebud one with the long silver blonde hair),I got her in about 1970. |

She used to say, "My name is Rosebud" "I love you mummy" I'm sleepy" I don't wont to go to bed" "Night night mummy" "will you brush my hair?" "Do you want a cup of tea?" "Will you play with me?" "Lets play" and I think she used to say "I like my new dress" but i'm not sure, it's been a long time since I heard her talk. I must get her restored one day, I'd love to heare my old friend speak to me again. All the best, Sammiedee38. |

How she works

I was wondering if anybody knew the mechanics of how these kind of dolls. My gut is telling me its similar to the mechanics of a turntable. Can anyone elaborate on this?

There are punctuation problems w/ the article.
There is a Chatty Geico commercial; like most of their advertizing, it is @ least slightly offensive, such as those cavepersons,...
