- St. John Home Mission Seminary (Little Rock) - Diocesan seminary; operated from 1930 to 1967.
California
- St. John Seminary (Camarillo) - Archdiocesan seminary; opened in 1939.
- St. Patrick Seminary (Menlo Park) - Diocesan seminary; opened in 1898.
Colorado
- Redemptoris Mater Archdiocesan Missionary Seminary (Denver) - Archdiocesan seminary; opened in 1996.
- St. John Vianney Seminary (Denver) - Archdiocesan seminary; opened in 1999.
- St. Thomas Aquinas Seminary (Denver) - Run by the Congregation of the Mission; operated from 1907 to 1995.
