Do you have time to suggest more ideas and references? That is, downstream, won't these be pared off to country-code wikidicts

The French grammar article really does need help. Does there really need to be verb charts? Maybe have a separate French verb conjugation article? I'd appreciate your views on these matters, and you can use my talk page to reach me.

I've replied to your comment at Talk:French grammar, as I think our discussion might be useful to other people working on that article (if there are any). Ruakh 18:53, 20 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modal_auxiliary_verb and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Modal_auxiliary_verb:
Thank you for these descriptive expansions. Now I guess, we run into the issue of how long (i.e., "complete") entries should be.
Should they avoid as much anglo-centricity as possible and be 'inflected' per admin policies with respect to other languages
(thus offloading many specific lexical expansions into the [en wikidictionary] and other country-code versions)?

0. Some time in the near future:
1. Copy wikisource.org --> {en fr ro es de pl} wikisource.org (apparently =86% of wikipedia)
2. Admin/bot pg DEL, MERGE conforming to policy for {en fr ro es de pl} WPs & wikidicts.
-- Transwiki decisions will force reduction of some of the wefts in the re-weaving, won't they?

Do you have time to suggest more ideas and references? That is, downstream, won't these be pared off to country-code wikidicts
with skeletal redirecting mirrors retained within the associated wikipedias?

I am new and trying to understand these issues with respect to future planning for grammatical modality and grammatical mood,
and especially transwiki (e.g., http://wikisource.org/wiki/Wikisource_talk:Language_domain_requests/Moving_pages_to_language_domains)
and anywhere else that determines top-down structure that will ultimately under-determine anything we might do.

I am studying what I can concerning this. Could you recommend other interested users? Again, much appreciated, and no rush.
But please let me know if you think answering these questions might be pivotal, or am I off-target?
Soon, I'll try to do more work regarding modal auxiliary verb following your lead. Ken Hughes 20050804:0119 (UTC)
