In 2005, Yates teamed up with Cannonball driver and film producer, J. Sanchez of Catalyst Entertainment to produce another reality series called "Cannonball: This is reality". It is understood that this new series will run along side the actual [[One Lap of America]] race. In 2006 the project was again shelved as J. Sanchez went on to organizing his own event; The Fireball Run Transcontinental Rally ran in 2007. The rally was filmed in HD and scheduled for release in 2008. J. Sanchez has been featured on MTV, CNBC, MSNBC, and CNN. He is a nationally respected marketing expert.
