Kazuya Tsurumaki (鶴巻和哉 Tsurumaki Kazuya) is a Japanese anime director. He is the protegé of Hideaki Anno. He directed His and Her Circumstances after Anno left the project, and was one of the directors for FLCL.

He attended Otakon in 2001.
