Morgan Pressel is a teenage American golf prospect from Boca Raton, Florida. She has won numerous junior titles. In 2001 she played in the U.S. Women's Open as a 13 year old. In 2005, at the age of 17, she was one of three co-leaders going into the final round of the U.S. Women's Open, and finished in a tie for second place. Pressel was in position to win when Birdie Kim chipped in from the bunker on 18 to give her a one stroke lead.
