My Talk Page Archives:
Barnstars.
Please don't give out so many barnstars... you've handed out 42 to Milk's Favorite Cookie alone since January 19. You've been blocked in the past for this (unblocked second time, because you spoke to the blocking admin, and he was "reassured this won't happen again"), so I recommend you slow down. · AndonicO Hail! 16:18, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
Coaching
I'll be busy through 4/2/08, so get back to me if you can wait until then. User:Pedro and User:Husond are both good, too. Bearian (talk) 16:20, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
Are you serious?
I just noticed over at Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Milk's Favorite Cookie you've mentioned the astounding number of barnstars the candidate has gotten. Then, I noticed that a huge number of them were given by you. Are you joking?!? These shenanigans surely cannot help the candidate. Friday (talk) 20:30, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
- They were given for undertaking tasks. What's the difference? Wisdom89 (T / C) 21:43, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
Cutting Down
We need to severely cut down on the article size of the award center you maintain. We should remove completed tasks, and remove the outdated section located at User:Sharkface217/Award Center#Award recipients. You can get back to me whenever you have time. Malinaccier (talk) 23:42, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

"+" sign on award center
Hello, Sharkface217. I have added a "+" sign to your award center like they have on help desk or talk pages, so it would be more convient to post challenges. Please tell me if you would like it reverted. Nothing444 21:22, 30 March 2008 (UTC)

Have you ever considered running? I've just taken a look through your contributions, and I think you'd stand a fine chance if nominated. :-) Hersfold (t/a/c) 04:52, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
- Ok. Work on those issues, then - when you're ready to be nominated, let me know. :-) Hersfold (t/a/c) 19:28, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
- Eh - might as well try your best the first time anyway. If you make it, you make it. Hersfold (t/a/c) 19:39, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

You've been nominated
I've also sent Oreo the same link so s/he can add their co-nomination - please don't transclude the page until after that's been posted, as it could complicate matters. Thanks, and the best of luck. Hersfold (t/a/c) 19:43, 2 April 2008 (UTC)
- The RFA runs for 1 week, starting from when you officially accept the nomination and transclude your candidate page onto the main RFA page. So it's up to you when it actually starts - if you won't be around enough to answer questions until later this week, I would highly recommend not transcluding until then, as you will be bombarded by questions early on, and people will expect answers to them in a timely manner. Hersfold (t/a/c) 00:20, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
- P.S. - Make sure to replace the current "Scheduled to end" timestamp with this code when you do transclude: {{subst:#time: h:i, [[F j]], [[Y]]|{{subst:CURRENTTIMESTAMP}} +7 days}} That will reset the time to when it should end. Hersfold (t/a/c) 00:30, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

Vandal AWC challenge
Hi Sharkface, I believe I've completed the RC Patrol/vandalism challenge. Ever since signing up, I've warned 100 different anons/users. Here's a diff list. Also, do I have it right that it counts toward the 20 blocks if you are in any way involved with warning/AIV reporting a user, who eventually ends up getting blocked soon? If so, I may have reached the requirement for that, but I haven't bothered trying to count those up yet.

The RfA
Hey, sorry to see things aren't going well. Fortunately, it looks like most of the concerns raised are things you can easily fix within a couple months. On the bright side, though, I think you're the first person I've ever seen User:Kmweber actually defend in their RfA, so that has to be a good sign! ;-) Promise me you'll work it? If you do, I'm almost certain you'll get adminship the next time through, provided you take your time with things and make a clear and obvious effort to work on those concerns. - Good luck next time. Btw, here is a tiny of my advice. Change the colour of your signature. Red and black doesn't really go together, plus black gives a really bad first impression (black is related to evil, vampire, or the phrase "black hearted"). And mind if you archive your talk page, it's REALLY LONG. OhanaUnitedTalk page 20:10, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
- 48 threads? Hardly long, and some people (like me) prefer a long talk page - makes us look busy.. weburiedoursecretsinthegarden 22:23, 13 April 2008 (UTC)

Unlucky this time, but tell me before you run again - I really wanted to co-nom this... weburiedoursecretsinthegarden 22:22, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
