Welcome to my talk page! Please note I no longer work on Stargate articles. I will normally answer messages on your talk page within 24 hours unless there is a banner here informing you I've gone on holiday!

Re: Phytopathology Articles

Great, thanks! I'll set those up as subpages soon so we can work on them.

I have an article written on the effects of climate change on plant disease. My dissertation is going to include a chapter on the effects of climate change on potato late blight most likely. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Earlycj5 (talkcontribs) 21:12, 10 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Phytopathology Articles

I see you're a plant pathology Ph.D. student as well. I've got four more articles that I wrote for Prelminary Exams or Qualifying Exams, whatever you call them on your side of the pond. Would you be interested in helping me get them cleaned up for Wikipedia? I saw what you did with the Epidemiology one. I wasn't sure how to handle the references in the article itself, thanks for fixing those for me. I've articles on climate change effects on plant disease, I just posted plant disease forecasting but didn't clean it up much, remote sensing applications to plant pathology, and GIS applications to plant pathology. Cheers! Earlycj5 (talk) 19:16, 8 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for reviewing it. I went through the storm history, and clarified some of the potentially confusing jargon. I hope that will do it. Cheers. ♬♩ Hurricanehink (talk) 16:51, 1 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, I notice the above article is still on hold. I addressed the issues a while ago. ♬♩ Hurricanehink (talk) 00:34, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sorry I don't know if I am supposed to re-review it or if the second opinion is suppoosed to re-review it! I have asked the editor who gave the 2nd opinion and he still hasn't gotten back to me! It doesn't seem to say on the GA nominations page either. Million_Moments (talk) 11:35, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Xero not notable?

It won a Hugo! It was the basis for two books. It was full of articles by people who were famous, or were to become famous. It's among the more notable of fanzines. The tag is unjustified. --Orange Mike | Talk 22:16, 3 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Mel

Hey Mel. You must have noticed my changes to the St Benedict's Roman Catholic Upper School, is that how you found me?

Dalek

Done. When I'm writing articles, I like to keep the edit window clear of <ref> tags as much as I can, so if there's a citation three sentences into a paragraph, it goes for all three lines. Will (talk) 19:42, 15 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hey - I've fixed it (I think) as per your comment. If you could take another look, that would be great. Cheers, Ale_Jrbtalk 21:46, 23 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re:Image:BdCastro.jpg

Thank you for your message. In regard to "Image:BdCastro.jpg", go ahead and nominate it for deletion. It seems as if the "IPC" website does not carry said image anymore. Take care. Tony the Marine (talk) 19:06, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Steve Wright photo

Hi, all the fair use photos I uploaded and added to the Ipswich Murders page I downloaded from the Evening Star website [[1]]. I didn't notice any attribution there, so not where it (or they) came from originally. I imagine the Wright photo was produced by Suffolk Police. I don't know if that makes it PD or what, as is the case with USA government officials. Blammermouth (talk) 20:56, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I know your reviewing so I dont want to say to much (don't wanna seem as though I'm trying to win you over or something lol), but thankyou so much for taking the time to review it, the waiting has been killing me ;) Ryan4314 (talk) 15:32, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ha ha great! I'm really happy, I've been working on it for bloody months (as u can see from my sandbox lol), I know a veteran of her, he's gonna be so pleased. Thankyou very much :D

Román Baldorioty de Castro

Yeah, I'm sorry but April is going to be a very busy month for me and due to random days of inactivity attending two reviews is going to be hard for me, since the second nomination is ahead I removed this one. However if your review was advanced please post it and I will attend the concerns in it as soon as my schelude clears, cheers. - Caribbean~H.Q. 02:58, 7 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Request

I have re-nominated the article Roberto Cofresi for "GA" again since the first reviewer failed it without giving those who worked on it an opportunity to fix the concerns posted on it's "talk page" as is the normal custom with "GA" cases. All concerns have been taken care of and I was wondering if you would be kind enough to look into it. Take care. Tony the Marine (talk) 16:18, 9 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"GA"-Thank you. I won't have been possibel without your copyediting and suggestions. You are a great person to work with. Tony the Marine (talk) 17:21, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
