article title
I can't help but think there could be a better title for this article. Looking at the List of famous bank robbers and robberies, I'm not sure we yet have a consistent naming conventon, but it feels like there should be one. -- Solipsist 20:49, 9 August 2005 (UTC)
Length of tunnel
Many news source disagree on the length of the tunnel. They divide into two camps at 80m or 200m. BBC, and the Independent go with 200m.
Bloomberg initially went with 200m Bloomberg update 1 but later changed to 80m update 5. -- Solipsist 21:04, 9 August 2005 (UTC)
- I added a link to the bank's own news release, which states 200m. --Dhartung | Talk 01:48, 10 August 2005 (UTC)
Satanists?!
Quoting: Evidence Suggest Satanists may have been involved. - A link to the Satanist evidence would be nice. Dewrad 00:32, 10 August 2005 (UTC)
- I agree: "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence." StuRat 00:38, 10 August 2005 (UTC)
- I see this was removed as vandalism, that explains it. StuRat 01:07, 10 August 2005 (UTC)
Autofellatio
Is it just me, or when I click the link from the main page, under current events, I go to a page with a giant drawing of autofellatio? When I edit the page I see the regular source, with all the news, but if coming from main page, I get the picture. How do we fix this?
[edit 50 seconds later]
Oh, it has been fixed already! Good.
Artificial Turf Company
Can anyone think of a reasonable explanation for one needing to remove large amounts of soil each day to create artificial turf? When I thought about it, the fact that the neighbors of the robbers bought this explanation is a bit mad...unless, of course, I'm missing something. I would suggest removing the phrase but understood this to be a normal activity of the business until it's clear why anyone in their right mind would believe such a thing. The article would then be a bit less confusing. Snowmanmelting 03:12, 10 August 2005 (UTC)
Burgled!
A robbery requires violence or the threat of violence. Since the "robbers" merely broke in and stole the money, it is properly a "burglary".
