Good grief, another article connected to [[The Beatles]] that has an almost complete lack of in-line citations. (Well, one actually, but only one.) When will this be a GA? --[[User:Andreasegde|andreasegde]] 19:20, 4 December 2007 (UTC) |

I think. There should be one of those external link things (with the arrow) to go to the external link for his documentary film, rather than the non-encyclopedic "For more information, go to [etc.]" Unfortunately, I don't know how to do it. |

Critique
Oh come on, somebody can do better than this.. What is it, a copy from songfacts.com? It needs to be filled out from point-form. I'm fairly sure his birth weight is too trivial, and what does him being right-handed have to do with not having a nanny? And the picture of a scanned magazine that is torn is better than nothing, but not better enough to bother with.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Tilgrieog (talk • contribs) 13:22, 18 March 2005.
Julian Lennon was abandoned by his father, John Lennon. John Lennon gloated publicly over his second son, Sean. "Imagine" being ditched by your Dad who is acknowleged as the figurehead of the Love Generation. There are lots of dead-beat dads, but not many of them are known for being the "Mr. Love", or that become world renowned for adoring their second son, or that are multi-zillionaires who won't pay to fly their first kid to visit them.
In response to your comment, I think you're right, but I just don't think that's all there is to it. He really did want peace, he just didn't know how to make it with his family. Let's not forget Yoko Ono's part to play in all of this, do you not think she had anything to do with John not seeing his son, she had a powerful hold over him, we know that at least. John Lennon, like Woody Allen, requires seperating the art from the artist.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 207.200.116.8 (talk • contribs) 13:22, 18 March 2005.
- I agree. It's a terrible article and possible plagarized. Moncrief 21:55, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
I have removed the comment about Julian being the beatles child that looks most like his father as it is widely acknowledged that this is infact George Harrisons son Dhani, who holds this 'title'. Maybe this small change will make what I agree to be a poor article a little better. (Lennon4eva 20:37, 15 June 2006 (UTC))
is there any info on wheather john lennon and his ex-wife shared custody of julian?--Jessan0 03:08, 14 August 2006 (UTC)
"In 1996, Julian Lennon paid £25,000 for the recording notes to "Hey Jude" at an auction." seems to contradict the statement "McCartney bought the original manuscript of "Hey Jude" in an auction and gave it to Julian as a gift.". (80.136.45.27 10:22, 2 December 2006 (UTC))
"Julian has often been somewhat icy toward ... his half-brother Sean Lennon ... Julian and Sean are actually quite close." Seems to me somewhat contradictory. Jo van Valkenberg 84.153.159.217 11:47, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
Salt water
Hmm, no mention of "Salt water wells in my eyes"? Dunno about the rest of the world, but it was a decent hit in Australia in the early 90s... Stevage 15:04, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
yeah, that should definetly be included here, a single on its own, and probably his greatest hit.
George Harrison contrbuted guitar riffs to that song according to the liner notes from "Behind the Music: The Julian Lennon collection." Ladydayelle 14:49, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
Cleanup tag
I added a cleanup tag. It needs copyediting, particularly but not exclusively for missing spaces between words. --Anchoress 01:36, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
I have already started the cleanup process, copy editing and categorizing. I have also enlisted the help of a great gal that runs a fan site, heyjules.com. She's actually met Julian on a few occasions, and has a LOT of inside track stuff to contribute! With her input and our cooperative efforts, we can get this article up to par and beyond, I think!! - Is it just me or does the opening paragraph kinda suck? Both the godfather mention and the concealment mention belong somewhere else in the article - the former because it's too trivial for the opening and the latter because this isn't the John Lennon article. —Wknight94 (talk) 18:10, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
Infobox
Surely if Julian Lennon "runs a restaurant called Reds in Portals Nous" this should be included under "Occupation(s)" in the infobox? However, I don't know if the statement is true or not. Anybody got any sources for this? Liamshaw 16:09, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
In the paper today, there was an article about Julian and Sean becoming closer, it said the Julian lives in north Italy where he's working on a new album, so I really doubt the guy runs a restaurant. - Tom
He has been an INVESTOR in a couple of restaurants. I'm sure that is his only involvement in such enterprises... Davidpatrick 15:53, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
Legal Battle with Yoko Ono
I'm surprised this article doesn't mention anything of Julian's legal battle with Yoko Ono to recieve some of his father's estate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.164.21.130 (talk) 16:34, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- Then why don't you put one in? :) --andreasegde 19:20, 4 December 2007 (UTC)

I think. There should be one of those external link things (with the arrow) to go to the external link for his documentary film, rather than the non-encyclopedic "For more information, go to [etc.]" Unfortunately, I don't know how to do it.
